EDMOND, Oklahoma -- Edmond police have shut down a spa business for prostitution and arrested employees. Police said more arrests are likely, including customers.

The illegal activity was happening at Bay Spa near 33rd Street and Boulevard. The windows of the business are now blacked out.

The business was located next to a family medical center and a bowling alley. Police said customers of Bay Spa found the bowling alley quite convenient.

"Families going in and out of the bowling alley, all the time. They were just parking there and walking over to the spa," said Edmond Police Department spokesperson Glynda Chu.

Police said they first learned about the massage parlor a year ago, but couldn't find anything suspicious. In March, police got a break in their investigation.

"We got a call from an electrician who was working in the area who said he approached a man-- because he saw a bunch of men coming and going out of this business-- and he said, 'What's going on there?' The man said 'Well, pretty much you just say what you want and they'll give it to you for the right price,'" Chu said.

From there, police launched surveillance of the business. They also scanned the Internet where investigators said they found the sex operation online on sites like craigslist and others that advertise exotic services.

"Basically it was a menu of whatever you wanted sexually for the right price, and this is definitely crossing the line and against the law," Chu said.

With enough evidence, police sent in a so-called customer. He was offered illegal sex, leading to the arrests of two employees.

"As the city grows, we'll get this type of crime coming in with it. We're going to do everything we can to fight it every step of the way," Chu said.

Police said they're looking for other people who worked at the spa. They've also got license plate numbers of customers and plan to track down those men as well.

The two women arrested from Bay Spa have been released from the Oklahoma County Jail.
