Victim Identified in Oklahoma City Apartment Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY - Police have released the name of the man shot and killed Thursday at an Oklahoma City apartment.

According to Oklahoma City police, 25-year-old Jerriel Bates was shot in what investigators believe to be a gang-related incident.
