Pursuit Ends After Suspect Crashes into Home

OKLAHOMA CITY - One man is in police custody after a pursuit that ended when the man crashed into a home.

Oklahoma City police said an officer witnessed a drive-by shooting at Southeast 27th and Shields Boulevard and engaged in a pursuit with the suspect. The pursuit ended when the suspect was unable to negotiate a turn and crashed into a home near Southeast 45th Oklahoma Avenue.

The suspect was not transported to the hospital.

No one was at the home at the time of the crash.
