Muskogee Bank Robbed, Searching for Suspect

State and federal authorities are asking for help in locating a man who robbed a Bank of Oklahoma in Muskogee.

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- State and federal authorities are asking for help in locating a man who robbed a Bank of Oklahoma in Muskogee.

According to the FBI, the man walked into the bank about 12:20 p.m. Friday and robbed it.

There were no reports of injuries.

Police are searching for Roger Reed Jr. as a person of interest in the investigation of the robbery.

Reed is described as approximately 6'3" and 175 pounds. He may have relatives in the Tulsa and Muskogee, as well as Little Rock, Arkansas.

The robbery suspect is believed to have been driving a 1986 burnt orange Oldsmobile with a gold ragtop. The Oklahoma license plate number is 232-AEP.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770. Callers can remain anonymous and a reward of up t0 $2,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and/or conviction of the suspect involved in the robbery.
