Final Pharmacy Robbery Suspect Arrested

A man charged with murder in connection to a pharmacy robbery last month was arrested in Wewoka.

WEWOKA, Oklahoma - A man charged with murder in connection to a pharmacy robbery last month was arrested in Wewoka.

Anthony Morrison, 43, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office. He is one of four people charged with murder in the death of 16-year-old Antwun Parker.

Parker was shot May 19 while trying to rob a south Oklahoma City pharmacy.

Pharmacist Jerome Ersland fired back at Parker and a 14-year-old accomplice who were trying to rob the pharmacy. Prosecutors charged Ersland with murder.

The 14-year-old, along with Emanuel Mitchell and Morrison were also charged with murder under a law that says if someone dies during the commission of a felony that anyone committing the felony can be held accountable for the death.

Morrison was transported back to Oklahoma City.
