Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing

1 pound pork sausage (not in casing)
2 c celery, diced
2 c onion, diced
10 c cornbread stuffing mix
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 ½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp white pepper
3 c chicken broth
Saute sausage, onion, and celery until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Mix in stuffing mix and seasoning.
Bake, covered with foil, in a 13x9 baking dish. 40 minutes at 350°. Bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered to brown.
