Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of organic cane sugar
  • 2 TBSP of molases
  • 1 TBSP ground ginger
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1 ginger root

Instructions
