Authorities Shut Down Schools, Construction & Limit Traffic During Smog In New Delhi
<p>India's capital city has declared a health emergency because of intense air pollution. The toxic air in New Delhi is so bad that some cars have been banned from roads, and people are being warned to stay indoors.
