WATCH: Students Create Hulk Costume For Indiana Boy In A Wheelchair
<p>Zephan Cantu, 4, is in a wheelchair and wants to be a superhero for Halloween. With support from the Magic Wheelchair organization, Penn Sculpture and Robotics students worked for six weeks building a costume for him.
