Fulton County, GA: A fast moving storm in metro Atlanta Friday afternoon is giving the
area a much needy dose of rain.
Weather watchers say while two to four inches of predicted rainfall is good
for the drought it could cause some localized flooding.
A flash flood watch is in effect for the metro area and will last into
Saturday. Officials warn Metro Atlanta could see isolated
tornadoes, hail and gusty winds, along with the wet weather.
A tornado was confirmed early Friday in Shelby County, Alabama.
