The government is offering tax-related disaster relief for victims of the February tornadoes.

Those who suffered storm damage in Carter, Logan and Oklahoma counties can delay filing their 2008 federal income tax returns from April 15 until May 11, giving victims an additional 16 days to file.

Taxpayers also have the option of including their disaster related losses on their 2008 taxes instead of waiting until next year.
