NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Detectives have obtained phone records and a laptop from the two teens charged with first-degree murder in the January 24 stabbing death of Leroy Herrera.

Leroy Herrara, 41, was found dead in the living room of his south Oklahoma City home with knife wounds to the neck.

Detectives now have phone records of incoming and outgoing calls on Brittany Herrera's cell phone and on Matthew Fox's cell phone. The records cover all calls between January 10 and January 26.

In addition, police have obtained, by means of a third search warrant, Brittany's Apple lap top computer.

Both teens are being charged as adults. They are currently being held in the Cleveland County Jail, with bail set at $500,000 for each teen.
