Cloudy and cold conditions will greet President-elect Obama in Washington D.C. Tuesday for the 44th Presidential Inauguration.

Temperatures will hover in the 31-34 degree range at 12:00 P.M. EST Tuesday with west winds averaging 10 mph; wind chill values in the upper 20s will make it feel quite cold. No snow or rain is expected during the inauguration ceremony, however snow flurries/showers are possible Monday.
