Woman, FBI foil murder plot

ADA, Okla. -- Robin Berry said she lives a quiet life, despite uncovering a murder plot involving her husband's ex-girlfriend and soldier.

"This is something you see on HBO or CBS," Berry said. "I couldn't believe it."

After her husband began receiving calls from his ex, Tonia Millins, Berry said she became suspicious.

"She was asking who I can get to kill someone," Berry said.

Berry took action by contacting the FBI, who orchestrated an undercover operation to exploit the murder plot.

Investigators believe the two were hoping to get 250 thousand dollars from a life insurance policy on his wife.

"The undercover agent played his part," Berry said. "Told them what he wanted, what he needed and they said, ‘Okay.'"

Mullins and Hercules will be sentenced at a later date.

They each could face up to ten years in prison.
