OKLAHOMA CITY - Through October 31, the Regional Food Bank is having a huge food drive called Students Against Hunger.

The Students Against Hunger Food Drive is an annual drive that began September 29. The objective of the food drive is to raise non-perishable food to help the Food Bank and its agencies feed hungry Oklahomans, and to raise awareness of the issue of hunger in Oklahoma.
The drive provides a way for kids to help hungry Oklahomans. The drive is sponsored through metro schools from elementary to college. Students not only participate in this food drive, they also coordinate and organize it through the Food Bank's Youth Leadership Board.

At the conclusion of the food drive, YLB members will sort the food at the Food Bank on Big Sort Day, November 8.
