Oklahoma City police are seeking the public's help in locating two suspects allegedly involved in a money scam.

Police report that a man was flagged down last Monday, September 15 by a man asking for a ride to a nearby McDonald's. After agreeing to give the suspect a ride, the victim then picked up a second suspect at the McDonald's. The first suspect then asked the victim if he would cash a check if given $5,000 to do so.

The victim drove to his bank to withdraw $20,000 from his account. The suspects took the money and did not give the victim the promised $5,000.

One suspect is described as a 60-year-old, black male about 5'10" weighing approximately 170 pounds. He is described to have short, black hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion and no teeth. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, brown hunting jacket, overalls and a green baseball cap.

The other suspect is described as a 55-year-old, white male about 5'8" weighing approximately 160 pounds. He is described to have reddish-blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow, plaid shirt and blue jeans.

Police believe the suspects to have been involved in previous, similar scams.

If you have any information about the suspects, police ask that you call them.
