The Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients

Garlic Panini Bread - 2 slices
Pork Carnita - 4 oz
Jalepeno Bacon - 2ea
Sliced Ham - 2.5 oz
Cheddar loaf - 2 oz
Pepper Jack - 2 slices
Melted Butter - 1 Tablespoon

Method:
Start grilling in skillet Panini bread, alternating cheese and cooked meat
fold sandwich together and press with with smaller skillet.
3 to 4 minutes on side or until nicely browned.
