Bob Howard Toyota Tundra Tailgate Challenge Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No payment, proof of purchase or entry fee is required. Only one entry per email address or individual. Multiple entries for the same e-mail address or the same person, using multiple e-mail addresses, will disqualify all of the entries for that person or e-mail address.  Must be 18 or older, a resident of Oklahoma, and a U.S. citizen to qualify. One winner will be drawn each week beginning September 13, 2008 - November 29, 2008 (12 possible finalists). 

All weekly winners must pick up the tailgate party prize pack, including the Toyota Tundra, at Bob Howard Toyota.  The weekly winner will be allowed to use the vehicle for one day to attend and tailgate at the winner's selected football game, within the state of Oklahoma.  Weekly winners may not or take the Tundra outside of the state of Oklahoma. All weekly winners must have a valid driver's license and show proof of full coverage insurance on a current owned vehicle before the use of the Tundra will be awarded.  Weekly winners agree that their personal automobile insurance shall have primary coverage during the use of the Tundra.   To qualify for a chance to win the grand prize qualified weekly winners must attend a collegiate or high school football game of their choice, within the state of Oklahoma, the weekend they are chosen and successfully complete and upload the video from their tailgate party to News9.com.  Grand Prize entry videos must be uploaded and received by News9.com no later than noon on the Monday following the game. Companies, trust, associations or any entity other than an individual person is not eligible to enter or win.  The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a pre-determined panel of judges.  The decision of the panel of judges shall be final. 

Grand Prize winners must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license.  Grand Prize winners must agree to abide by all terms of the two year lease agreement and are subject to charges for damages and mileage charges. 

All winners agree to provide Bob Howard Auto Group with all information requested and complete all forms or documents deemed necessary prior to claiming prize(s). Any damage to the vehicles will be the responsibility of the winner. Winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to any prize being awarded. Failure to comply with any of the rules or terms contained herein shall result in forfeiture of prize.

Weekly finalists will be randomly chosen from all entries received and notified by email and phone - using the email address submitted at time of entry. If winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, another name will be drawn - until a final weekly winner is confirmed. All winners must meet all requirements of eligibility.  Eligibility shall be determined at the exclusive discretion of Bob Howard Auto Group and Griffin Communications.

Bob Howard Auto Group and Griffin Communications are not responsible for the proper operation of prizes.   Lost or destroyed prizes will not be replaced. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prizes. 

Grand Prize will be awarded no later than December 15, 2008. Winner will have 10 days to prove eligibility and claim prize, or an alternate winner will be chosen. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all tax, title and license related to the awarded vehicle and will receive a 1099 for income tax purposes, showing full market retail value of the vehicle.

Estimated Grand Prize value: $6,000.00. Grand Prize details subject to change based on vehicle availability.

Bob Howard Auto Group disclaims all warranties, implied or otherwise, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability on all prizes awarded. Lease of Grand Prize vehicle shall be deemed transferred at the time eligibility is proven and winner satisfies all related taxes for title, license, registration and all other requirements related to the use of the vehicle. Bob Howard Auto Group and Griffin Communications are not liable for any accidents or other incidents that take place after Grand Prize winner takes possession of the vehicle.

Employees and family members of Bob Howard Auto Group, Griffin Communications and all promotion partners are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of News9.com. Bob Howard Auto Group and Griffin Communications are not responsible for any misdirected, altered, illegal, lost, destroyed, undelivered or late entries or for any entries not received for any reason.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness and voice recordings for advertising and promotional purposes by Bob Howard Auto Group and Griffin Communications, its affiliates and their agencies without compensation or other consideration. 

By participating in this promotion, entrants hereby agree to release and hold Bob Howard Auto Group, Griffin Communications, its affiliates, parent company, employees, agents and any and all agencies affiliated with this promotion, harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant's entry,  participation in this promotion, award of prizes, or use or misuse of any prize awarded.
