Operation Boot Camp, Month 2 - Day 12
Today's workout was...Ultimate Frisbee! This might be the best exercise we do...mostly because I love playing sports...if Ultimate Frisbee is a sport. Before we got the games started did a nice warm up of 100 push-ups and a short jog.
I'm pretty wiped out from this week. I missed Monday so I'm going to go to the make up session tomorrow. I haven't gone on a Saturday yet so I'm curious what we'll do. I'll keep you posted.
