Curves 2
Being sore from exercising is a "good" kind of sore. You might scoff at that but honestly if it doesn't make you hurt a little maybe you should change what you're doing. I can honestly say that it's a GOOD FEELING.
If you are at a stage where you want to start a program but aren't sure which one to leap into... Curves might be for you. It challenges you but doesn't punish you. It's a great place to start if you need to take the next step.
I'm excited about this and hope that the results start to show or at least be felt.
