Today's story showed you the 8 foods, according to yahoo.com's health section,  that will fill you up and help you eat less. I listed the first five in my story which are:

1. Spinach

2. Yogurt

3. Tomatoes

4. Carrots

5. Blueberries

The final three are:

6. Beans

7. Walnuts

8. Oats

I found this information from an article written by David Zinczenko, with Matt Goulding from Men's Health magazine. It was posted on Yahoo.com's health section.
