Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible in the state Wednesday afternoon, and can produce heavy rainfall and frequent lightning. These storms will likely not be severe, and will continue to affect primarily the eastern two-thirds of the state.
Thursday and Friday are expected to be dry and warmer with highs back into the upper 80's and low 90's. Oklahoma's next chance for scattered showers and storms returns Saturday.
