Ingredients:
1 lb Pork Sausage
1 egg
1.5 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
½ teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Sambal (Chili Paste) optional
Mix together above ingredients.
1 package wonton wrappers
Place 1 Tablespoon of pork mixture in the center of the won-ton wrapper, seal edges with egg wash (Egg and a few drops of water mixed) and fold into classic won ton shape as in demonstration.
Deep fry in 360 degree oil for 3-5 minutes until wonton is well browned and pork mixture is cooked through.
Makes 2-3 dozen
