A Norman man already convicted once of a sex crime involving a minor faces more charges.

Now the prosecutor hopes to put him away for many years to come.

This time 43-year-old Brian Eddy faces seven felony counts--many involving a 15-year-old girl--including rape, lewd acts and possession of child pornography.

Authorities arrested Eddy Friday at his home near Noble. A neighbor is shocked.

"I am very concerned about my granddaughter that I have here, and all the other little kids cause there are several little kids around here and I am very concerned having a sex offender and I had no idea," neighbor Deborah Miller said.

The girl told an investigator, when she was 12 years old, Eddy had intercourse with her, probably beneath the Interstate 35 bridge over the Canadian River.

She also said he took pictures of her at a Norman motel and in an apartment complex as well.

The girl said Eddy made her pose nude, in sexual positions, in black lingerie and in a cheerleader outfit.

The District Attorney has been cracking down when it comes to sentencing repeat sexual offenders.

"They're going to be so old, if they live that long, that they won't be a treat to anybody by the time they get out," Cleveland County District Attorney, Greg Mashburn said.

Mashburn said a search of Eddy's car turned up with lingerie and discs containing child porn.

Brian Eddy appeared before a judge Monday who set his bond at $100 thousand.
