One man died and two men were hospitalized Tuesday morning after a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 in northeast Oklahoma City.

Nathan Russom, 41, Oklahoma City, died at the scene after his car was rear-ended, traveled through the median and was hit by an oncoming pickup truck, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report. The 10 a.m. wreck closed the interstate for more than three hours.

The driver that rear ended Russom was not injured. A driver and passenger in the truck were admitted to local hospitals in fair condition with head, trunk and internal injuries, the report read.
