Family mourning death of son gets scammed, father says

In November 2006, a horrific crash killed 16-year-old Chris Stewart.

The Stewart family knew as heart wrenching as this was for his parents, they knew they eventually would have to move forward.

They chose to remodel their family house with the money they collected from the insurance company.

What the family didn't know was that the contractor they hired didn't have plans to finish the improvements.
