Arrest made in high school shooting case

Sheldon Leaveraneice Radford Jr. was arrested April 16 in connection with the Putnam City High School shooting in January.

Sheldon Leaveraneice Radford Jr. was arrested April 16 in connection with the Putnam City High School shooting in January.

The 19-year-old was charged with one count of Shooting with Intent to Kill.

Another suspect has been identified as 18-year-old Prince Augustine Ordu. Ordu is also being charged with one count of Shooting with Intent to Kill. Ordu is considered to be armed and dangerous.

The shooting took place the night of January 15, in the parking lot of the school after a basketball game.
