Make a difference by donating blood

Donating blood is an easy way to make a difference. It will only take 30 minutes, it doesn't cost anything, and you could save up to three lives.

The Junior League of Oklahoma City, Edmond Women's Club and Women of the South have teamed up for the United We Stand, Together We Donate Blood Drive this week.

The blood drive is Friday, April 18, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at:
UMB Bank -- Penn Square Mall, Conference Room, 5636 N. Penn
UMB Bank -- Stockyards, 1217 S. Agnew
Edmond Chamber of Commerce -- Large Conf. Room, 825 E. 2nd

If you can't make it on Friday, you can visit the Oklahoma Blood Institute at any time. To make an appointment check out www.obi.org.

And there's a really neat reason to donate through OBI, your blood will save the life of somebody local! All blood donated in Oklahoma through OBI stays right here in Oklahoma. So, you'll be making a difference in the lives of your neighbors!
