On a day when most news networks are at gas stations shooting the price of gasoline, NEWS 9's Doug Warner is out helping a little girl find her cat.

Meow Meow the cat was brought to Oklahoma City by Brooke Downey's grandmother, who is visiting the Sooner state from New Mexico.

Eight-year-old Brooke has been working hard to get the cat back to her saddened grandmother, said Brooke's father Cass Downey.

"My grandma's worried sick about him," said Brooke.

Brooke took up her crayons and drew out a sign, posting it at the 7-11 gas station and store at NW 150 St. and Santa Fe Ave. It reads, "Lost, fat orange cat with red harness."

No one has called the Downeys just yet, but watch the Featured Video the right and see if you can't help 8-year-old Brooke find her grandmother's lost Meow Meow.
