Well this week I didn't do so great. I ate a little more than I should have portion wise and I gained 2 pounds!!! Argggg! It's so frustrating because I worked out just as much as I had the weeks before and it almost seems like it was for nothing.
I know that's not true, but why is it that a little change in my eating made me gain? But my husband ate the same or worse and he lost 5 pounds!!! Ugh! I feel like that cartoon commercial for that diet drug.
I also had a sleep study this week to see if I have sleep apnea. It was not a great night of sleep being wired up and not as comfortable as I would have been in my own bed, but they did find some positive signs that I have this and I have one more study this week. So if we can get this regulated soon it will help me to lose weight a little easier since my body will actually be getting better rest with a CPAP machine.
Ok so let's hope for better results next week and that this week is different with my eating habits. On a good note, I have dropped a pant size which is an amazing feat for me and my hipsJ Ha-ha! I just really want to see those pounds start falling off soon!
