MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Flash flood warnings have been issued for tonight in parts of Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee that are already dealing with deadly flood waters.

The body of a 19-year-old man was pulled last night from a Memphis lake that links to the Mississippi River. Witnesses say he fell over the rail of a crosswalk Monday and into a drainage ditch behind the apartments where he lived.

In the same area, a seven-year-old boy drowned Monday when he slipped into a rain-swollen creek. And rescue divers are still looking for a missing tow truck driver who was swept into a ditch while trying to tow a car yesterday morning.

The body of a two-year-old girl who drowned in a flooded creek was found yesterday in Oklahoma, where the deadly rain also hit.

The National Weather Service says up to six inches of rain fell from Monday's severe thunderstorms.
