2 6-ounce slices of tilapia 1 t Cajun spices 1 C Roland Artichoke Hearts (available at Buy For Le$$) 1 t Roland Capers (available at Buy For Le$$) 1 t of parsley _ C of Roland White Cooking Wine 2 T of butter
Sprinkle tilapia with Cajun spices. Spray two-sided grill with cooking oil. Grill tilapia for approximately 5 minutes.
While fish is grilling, heat wine and butter in a saucepan. Once the butter is melted, add all remaining ingredients to pan. Stir together and, once well mixed, pour over top of cooked fish.
