Remember to rest!

So here we are after 4 weeks!  Man this is going by pretty quick, but I'm 10 lbs lighter and feel really good.  I have a new hobby and that is working out.  It's hard sometimes to tell myself I don't need to go in to the gym and that I should actually rest LOL!  Who would have thought that I would need to tell myself to slow down, but it's true.  For those of you out there who are working along with us four MFC participants let me give you a warning:  Even though we are getting healthier and we are practicing good healthy lifestyle practices, remember to REST!!!!  It's ok to give yourself a day off here and there from the intense workouts, your body needs the recuperation. 

On to the Easter holiday wow, I did so much better with this holiday and really controlling myself when it comes to eating the junk food that comes along with the Easter holiday.  However I still feel like I over ate!  I watched my portions but it still seemed like a lot of food, heavy food.  So I will find out tonight at weigh in what the results are, but I plan to work hard this week.  I wish everyone a great week and hope that you are meeting your weight loss goals.  Until next week.
