Well, we made it through the first week and 3 workouts with the personal trainer (not including
our own workouts without the trainer) all in all it was a good week. Challenging though, it was rough. But Kevin and I feel good about us. I was tempted with a birthday cake on Friday and I said "NO" I was proud of myself. Kevin, his shift ordered pizza and instead of eating his normal 6 or 7 slices he had 1 small slice. He probably should have resisted but hey 1 is a lot better. I found myself challenged on Wednesday, I was tired from work and would have rather had something fast say like through the drive thru of the local McDonalds we had a Salad from subway with low fat salad dressing on the side. I felt better after having eating that because usually I feel gross after eating a fatty hamburger. I also did good at the Blazers Hockey game, I like to get either a corn dog or a large pretzel with cheese instead I drank water and enjoyed my favorite sport. Kevin and I ready for the challenges that this week holds for the both of us.
