Police and prosecutors need help solving a metro murder and finding a body.

Investigators believe a 34-year-old Oklahoma City man was murdered last October. They also believe the suspect may have given clues about the murder to a stranger.

Parts of Eastern Oklahoma County, near Spencer, are thick with shrubs. It is in this area where police said Exondia Salado may have been driving during the weekend of October 13 last year.

Exondia was married to Manuel Salado. They lived in an Oklahoma City condo with her children. Manuel disappeared October 8.

Neighbor Annie Boland said she would occasionally say hello to Manuel, but not Exondia.

"He was a nice guy, but then we didn't see him," Boland said. "He went away; we didn't know what happened there. She was not friendly at all."

Police believe Exondia is responsible for her husband's death. That October weekend, when police believe she was looking to dump her husband's body, they said, she met a stranger and started a conversation.

Police are now trying to find the man who spent time with Exondia. They don't think he was involved in the murder, but may have clues in helping police find Manuel's body.

"He is not a suspect; I want to be very clear about that," said Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater. "So he should have no fear in coming forward and speaking to us."

Investigators said the man they are looking for goes to church in Chickasha.

Police also believe Exondia was driving a maroon 2000 Dodge Caravan that night. It has damage to the passenger side. Exondia is no longer in the area; she is possibly in the Midwest or East.
