Oatmeal Chicken Nuggets

1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 oz. raw chicken tenders

1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup crushed oatmeal
1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1. Cut chicken tenders into smallbite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Place flour in a bowl; add the chicken and toss to coat the pieces with flour.
  • 3. Dip the chicken in the egg, then into the crushed oatmeal.
  • 4. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet; add chicken and cook until browned.
