Man arrested after altercation with police

According to scanner reports, police responded to a suicide call at Lake Stanley Draper Monday morning only to have the suicidal man attack them.

Authorities said once police arrived at the lake, the suicidal man tried to back over police with his automobile. The police allegedly fired gunshots at the man's tires and firemen took the man into custody.
