2 bunches green onions (rinsed and drained)
1 package cream cheese

Football Field Presentation

Ingredients
Roland's Red Pepper Dip
Green Onion Dip
Sour Cream (approximately one 16oz container)
1 loaf "football" or French bread (football-shaped bread is available at most Buy For Le$$ stores. Call the bakery to order your loaf)
1 square or slice of the white cheese of your choice divided into 5 rectangular strips

Cut loaf of bread in half horizontally. On top of one side of the bread place 4 strips of cheese vertically across the top of the bread and the remaining cheese strip horizontally on top of the 4 vertical strips to look like the stitching on a football.
On the remaining half of the loaf of bread, mark off and pull out a rectangular portion of the bread. This is going to hold your dips and look like a football field when you're done.

In the bottom of your "football field" of bread, place your Roland's Red Pepper Dip. Tap bread on table to level dip, as needed.

On top of the Roland's Red Pepper Dip, add the green onion dip. This will look like the grass in your football field. Tap bread on table to level dip, as needed.

To make your end zone lines, pour your sour cream into a plastic bag, snip off a corner and squeeze out.

Place both sides of bread on a platter and surround with chips, vegetables and chunks of bread, to eat with the dip and enjoy!
