City officials urging the public to report storm debris that is left behind by crews.

Oklahoma City officials hired two contractors to pick up the broken limbs. City officials said crews are told to not use a practice called cherrypicking.

Cherrypicking is when crews haul away the heaviest debris first before going back for the smaller piles. The contractors are paid by the weight.

"If you go down a street, you get everything on the street," said Paul Bronson, assistant public works director.

If you think this is going on in your neighborhood, you are urged to call the action center at 297-2535. The city prints out a list of complaints and notifies the manager who are in charge of those crews.
