A motorist on Highway 412 near Meno (west of Enid) was shot twice Thursday night. Police are still looking for the suspect.

Police told NEWS 9 the man stopped to help what he thought was a stranded motorist.  When he approached the black Chevrolet Monte Carlo, the suspect shot him twice, once in the hand and once in the chest. 

The shot man was able to drive and get help and was taken to an Enid hospital.
