An Oklahoma City police officer has been placed on paid administrative leave after he fatally shot a 43-year-old man.

Tyrone Bills died after a struggle with an officer who was responding to a reported domestic dispute. Bills reportedly was reaching for a weapon when police opened fire.

"A weapon was taken into custody," said Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Paco Balderrama. "I don't know what brand, make or caliber, but there was a weapon in the suspect's possession."
