Just because it's too icy and cold to jog outside, or even drive to the gym, doesn't mean you have to give your workouts the cold shoulder.

There's an exercise routine for all seasons-and you don't even need one piece of equipment.

If the weather outside is too frightful get in a little exercise at home. Yahoo.com has workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home..

First, do lunges across your living room. Take long strides and complete about four sets of eight lunges.

Next try push-ups. You can position yourself so your hands rest on a stair, a raised fireplace hearth, or a bench. Do about four sets of five to 10 push-ups.

Complete your workout with some jumping jacks. Jumping jacks work your whole body and get your heart rate up enough to burn a little fat, while toning some muscle. Complete eight to 10 sets of 25 jumping jacks for a good finish to your at-home workout.

The key is to keep your focus, don't give up. Make training a priority this winter, not just an activity.
