1 Arrested After Oklahoma City Shooting

One person is in custody after a shooting Sunday night in northwestern Oklahoma City, according to police.

Oklahoma City Police said they received a call reporting a shooting shortly after 11 p.m. on Sunday at an apartment near North Western Avenue and West Hefner Road.

OCPD said the person who called 911 said someone was shooting into their apartment, and when officers arrived, they found one victim who was shot in the leg twice.

The victim was transported to the hospital, although there was no word on their condition.

OCPD said one person was taken into custody, although their name has not yet been released.
