Oklahoma Co. Inmate Who Walked Away From Detention Center Located

An inmate in Oklahoma County who walked away from a corrections facility was recovered by police around 3:30 p.m., according to the Department of Corrections.

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections said Adrian Sample, 32, an inmate at Oklahoma City Community Corrections Center in Oklahoma City, unlawfully walked away from authorities at around 11:45 p.m. on Sunday.

Sample is serving a six-year sentence for burglary, larceny and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance out of Tulsa County.
