New research from the University of California, Los Angeles found a four-drug chemotherapy regimen offers the best way to fight stage four pancreatic cancer.

Researchers said many patients are currently using a two-drug treatment.

However, doctors said they are finding better results with the more aggressive approach for people who are able to tolerate it.
