Police Release More Information In Sunday Night Murder

According to police, a man was shot in the backyard of a home on Sunday night in south Oklahoma City. 

Police said 61-year-old Richard Davis was found with a gunshot wound. 

After investigation, police say the Davis was in an altercation with Kyle Westfall. An argument escalated to the shooting. Westfall was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center. 

The case is still under investigation.
