Oklahoma is in for a beautiful day Thursday!
Look for highs in the upper 70s and low 80s. There will be sunny skies across the state with winds out of the west southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
Thursday night will be mild with clouds and south winds. Temperatures will fall into the 50s and 60s.
Friday we will track another strong cold front. There will be a chance for morning storms to the southeast. These could limit the instability for afternoon storms. We will monitor the setup very closely.
Storms that fire in an untouched environment, will be severe Friday afternoon and evening. There will be a chance for large hail and damaging winds.
The low level wind profile will be supportive for rotating storms, and there will be a low tornado threat to the southeast.
Our team of trackers will be out, and we will keep you advised.
