OKLAHOMA CITY -
The Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency (LOFT) is meeting Thursday to discuss the state's COVID-19 contact-tracing program.
In a report posted to okloft.gov, the committee found that:
- The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) lacked sufficient contact-tracing data to measure impact on limiting spread of COVID-19.
- OSDH’s COVID reporting failed to align with stakeholders’ needs to make policy decisions.
- Communicable disease reporting was a known vulnerability prior to COVID-19.
LOFT will meet at 1 p.m. at the State Capitol.
