Macadamia Mahi Mahi
In a small bowl combine the bread crumbs, nuts and parsley and stir together. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure and dry Mahi Mahi filets thoroughly. Salt and pepper both sides of the fish filet and set on the baking sheet. Brush each filet with coconut milk. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, Press the nut and panko mixture on top of the filet and bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
