Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi Fried Rice
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 cup Spam, cubed
- 3 slices bacon, cubed
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 3 cups steamed white rice, cold
- 1 egg
- 2 loved garlic
- 1/4 cup kimchi juice this liquid is from the bottom of the kimchi container
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- In a large skillet, saute the Spam, bacon, onion and garlic till meat is browned.
- While that is cooking pour the kimchi juice into the rice to soak up the flavors in a medium sized bowl.
- Once the meat is browned, stir in the mushrooms, rice sesame oil and kimchi.
- Make a hole in the middle of the skillet, and stir in the egg till it is scrambled.
- Now, toss everything together and allow the rice to brown on the bottom.
- Let it cook for five minutes and then turn over and brown the other side of the rice.
- Serve warm!
